“The BCM meant so much to me freshman year. It is a place I could always go to and be surrounded by people who hold the same beliefs I do. All of the people are awesome and it was so easy to make friends. I’m already ready for next year!” Alyssa McGee

  • “New students should come to the BCM because it’s a wonderful way to meet other people and become better connected with UA. It helps surround you with a positive environment where you can feel at home.” David Herder

“I had class on Tuesday night all of last semester, so I was never able to go to Discovery. I really missed the community. One night that class was canceled, so I was finally able to go. When I walked in, people that I hadn’t seen in months smiled and hugged me. They were so excited. They had missed me! That night made me realize that community at the BCM doesn’t stop because of schedule conflicts. Even after some time apart, we’re still a community – we’re still a family.” Allison Cassada

“The BCM was truly the best thing about my freshman year and UA. I’ve met so many wonderful people and have grown tremendously in my faith! I can’t wait to see what next semester has in store!” Johnicia Bailey

  • “Through the BCM I found people who helped lead me to Christ. Their actions, words, and faith have been so inspiring, and without the B I don’t know where I would be today.” Alex Kagan

“The BCM offered an immediate community of genuine believers to surround myself with during my transition to college. While I visited churches, the BCM was my constant, and older students were the ones who eagerly offered me rides to the churches they attended.” Elise Helton

  • “It’s great to be a part of a group that loves God and people. Welcoming everyone into being a part of the community shows how much we value everyone.” Daniel Morgan
