Reach. Connect. Strengthen.

Baptist Campus Ministries (BCM) is a Christian student organization open to all students. We are a ministry of local baptist churches made possible through the Tuscaloosa Baptist Association and the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions.

We exist to REACH students with God's plan (to have a personal and growing relationship with Him), CONNECT students to local churches and our local churches to our campus, and STRENGTHEN collegiate ministry on campus and in our churches.

New to BCM?

Want to know more before you visit?  Here are some FAQ's.

Can I park at the BCM?

We have a small parking lot on the west side of our building.  Our parking spaces face our building.  This is not to be confused with the UA lot adjacent to our property. Follow UA policies when choosing to park in that lot.  They do monitor and ticket during the week!

During the week (day) - the BCM parking lot is reserved for students who have purchased a parking decal.  We are a quick walk from the center of campus!  Click here for UA parking information or here for Crimson Ride route maps!

During the week (evenings) and non-game day weekends - the BCM parking lot is open on a first come first serve basis.

During game day weekends - the BCM lot must be cleared by 5pm on Fridays before home games and then is reserved for our game day season decal holders only.

Where do I need to go?

Our main entrance is on the west side of our building. Come in the double glass doors under the black awning.

What do I need to wear?

We are always casual.

Is the BCM open during the day?

Yes! Come over in between classes to hang out, play ping pong, watch tv, use our prayer room, and/or study.

How do I join the BCM, and is there a membership fee?

We don't have members, only participants. You participate as your schedule permits and as much (or as little) as you want. There is no fee. In fact, most of our events are free! (Wednesday Lunch is free your first time and only $1 each time after!)

Do I have to be Baptist to attend?

No!  While we are Baptist Campus Ministries, we are open to all students regardless of denominational or faith background.

How can I stay in the know?

Follow us on social media (  ), sign up to receive texts (Text "UABCM" to 81010), or fill out a Connect Card at Discovery.
